Report a wrong calculation
If an alignment time looks off, the app has a Report Wrong Calculation button on the countdown card. It sends the coordinates and time involved, which tells us far more than a description can.
Before you write
Two things account for most surprising results. First, a time that looks hours off is usually a timezone question — SunQuest shows the alignment in the timezone of the location you set, not the one your device is in. Second, if no alignment is reported at all, the sun may genuinely never reach that bearing from where you are.
